These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") apply to your use of our website located at https://anyvoice.net, which is operated by AnyVoice.net. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our services and explains how we collect, protect, and disclose the information generated by your use of our web pages. Your agreement with us consists of these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these agreements and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other individuals who wish to access or use our services.

Communication

By creating an account on our service, you agree to receive marketing or promotional materials and other information that we may send. However, you can choose not to receive any or all of such communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link or sending us an email.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products or services offered through our service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide certain information related to your purchase, including your credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method for any purchase, and that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

We may use third-party services to assist in processing payments and completing purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide such information to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, product or service description or price errors, errors in your order, or other reasons.

We also reserve the right to modify the number of words charged for output or input, or to impose any usage limitations on the hourly usage, regardless of what was previously promised at the time of subscription. These changes will be made based on our model capacity to safeguard the interests of all users and ensure uniform access to the service. We take this step to provide each user with an equal opportunity and protect the quality of our service.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized illegal transactions are suspected.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

We may from time to time offer contests, sweepstakes, or other promotional activities (collectively, "Promotions") through our service. These Promotions may have separate rules that are different from these Terms and Conditions. If you choose to participate in any Promotion, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the rules of the Promotion shall prevail.

Subscriptions

AnyVoice.net offers certain parts of our service on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), which may be monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you cancel the subscription or AnyVoice.net cancels it. You can cancel the subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting AnyVoice.net's customer support team.

To process your subscription payment, a valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required. You must provide AnyVoice.net with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize AnyVoice.net to deduct all subscription fees incurred through your account from any payment instrument you provided. If the automatic billing fails for any reason, AnyVoice.net will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually pay the full amount corresponding to the billing cycle shown on the invoice.

Free Trials

AnyVoice.net may, at its sole discretion, offer subscriptions with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). If you enter your billing information when registering for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the end of the Free Trial period. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel the subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the subscription type you selected.

Fee Changes

AnyVoice.net reserves the right to modify the subscription fees at any time without further notice. Any changes to the subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Continuing to use our service after the change in the subscription fees constitutes your agreement to pay the revised subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Once a user has completed the payment of the subscription fee, it is deemed that the user has fully understood and accepted the service content and usage rules of this product. Based on the characteristics of virtual products in subscription services and the cost of data processing, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, regardless of whether it is due to the user's personal reasons (including but not limited to early termination of the subscription, failure to actually use the service, change of requirements, etc.) or other circumstances not caused by platform technical failures, the paid subscription fees will not be refunded.

Accounts

When you create an account on AnyVoice.net, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether the password is used for our service or a third-party service. Once you discover any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

You may not use the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not lawfully available, or an offensive, vulgar, or obscene name as your username. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

In addition, you confirm that your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. Sharing or allowing unauthorized access to your account by others is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Uses and Prohibited Activities

When using our service, you confirm and agree that your use is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

What You Cannot Do

It is strictly prohibited to engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities when using our service. For example, you may not:

  • Use automated scripts or programs to manipulate or abuse our service. Intentionally attempting to exploit our system or circumvent usage limitations may result in the immediate termination of your account. If necessary, we may also take legal action.
  • Use our service in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our service (including our models, algorithms, or systems), except as prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

AnyVoice.net and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in and to this service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality. This service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AnyVoice.net.

Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and have established a corresponding policy to respond to any claims that the content posted on our service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any individual or entity. Users expressly agree that their use of the services, the content of the services, and any services or items obtained from AnyVoice.net is at their sole risk.

AnyVoice.net or any person associated with AnyVoice.net makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, AnyVoice.net or any person associated with AnyVoice.net does not represent or warrant that the services, the content of the services, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the servers that make the services available will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the services or any services or items obtained through the services will otherwise meet users' needs or expectations.

AnyVoice.net hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Unless prohibited by law, users will indemnify and hold AnyVoice.net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (however arising, including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or if there is a trial or appeal, related fees, whether or not a lawsuit or arbitration is filed), whether such damages are based on contract, negligence, or other tortious act, or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury or property damage arising out of this Agreement and users' violation of any law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, even if AnyVoice.net has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

Unless prohibited by law, if AnyVoice.net is found to be liable, its liability will be limited to the fees paid for the products and/or services, and in no event will it be liable for consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to users.

Termination

AnyVoice.net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend a user's account and deny access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to violations of the Terms and Conditions, without limitation. If a user wishes to terminate their account, they may simply stop using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any failure by AnyVoice.net to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between AnyVoice.net and the user with respect to the service and supersede and replace any prior agreements they may have had with respect to the service.

Changes to the Service

AnyVoice.net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw or modify the service and any services or materials provided through the service, without further notice. AnyVoice.net will not be liable if all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. AnyVoice.net may from time to time restrict users' (including registered users') access to certain parts of the service or the entire service.

Amendments to the Terms

AnyVoice.net may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on the AnyVoice.net website. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued access to or use of the service after any amendment becomes effective constitutes the user's agreement to be bound by the revised terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they are no longer authorized to use the service.

Waiver and Severability

Any waiver by AnyVoice.net of any provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or condition further or continuing, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of any other provision or condition, and AnyVoice.net's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or other tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deleted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
